Drawn for One Bathroom, Built From Scratch
A stock vanity forces the room to accept a 36, 48, or 60 inch box, then hides the gap with filler strips. We work the other way around: our team measures the alcove, the plumbing rough-ins, the door swing, and the mirror wall, then draws a cabinet to those numbers. Six-drawer double vanities with full-extension runners, knee-space makeup counters between floor-to-ceiling towers, wall-hung cases that leave the tile floor open — all of it is possible because nothing is ordered in from overseas.
Every case, door, and drawer front is fabricated here from high-quality plywood and solid hardwood, then finished before it ever reaches your bathroom. With 16 years in the trade behind the shop, the same crew that builds cabinetry for hotels and apartment buildings is building your vanity, so tolerances, reveals, and grain direction are handled the same way on a single bathroom as on a 200-room property. Fabricated In-House, Sized to the Inch, Warranted in Writing
Two things decide whether a vanity still looks right in ten years: what it is made of, and whether it was built for the room or trimmed to suit it. Both are in our control, because we run the shop as well as the install.
Double Sinks, Tight Alcoves, and In-Between Widths
A double sink vanity only works when the basins, the faucet spacing, and the drawer banks are laid out around the real plumbing centers. We set those on the drawing, then build the drawer boxes to clear the traps — so you get usable storage under both sinks instead of two dummy fronts.
The same applies at the other end of the scale. A 41 inch wall, a sloped ceiling over the knee space, a vanity that has to stop short of a door casing: because we are a 100% custom shop, odd sizes cost us a different cut list, not a redesign of your bathroom. High-Quality Plywood, Real Hardwood, Paperwork to Match
A bathroom is the hardest room in the house on a cabinet: steam, splashes, and daily wet hands on the drawer fronts. That is why our cases are built from high-quality plywood rather than the cheap sheet material a lot of vanities are made from, with hardwood used where the wear shows. Ask any cabinet maker which plywood and which hardwood they are quoting — the answer tells you what the price really buys.
Our work carries a minimum one-year workmanship warranty, and the hardware and appliances we install come with their own manufacturer coverage, typically three to four years. You are also welcome to come to the shop and look at the construction, the drawer runners, and the finish in person before you commit. More questions of this kind are answered on our questions page.
From First Call to Installed Vanity
Our team handles every job from measurement to installation, with a dedicated specialist for each step.
1. Call or Text Us
Tell us the bathroom: one sink or two, the wall you are working with, and whether the room is being gutted or the vanity is a simple replacement.
2. Jobsite Meeting
We meet you at the house, take the measurements, check the plumbing rough-ins and go through finishes, hardware, and countertop options.
3. Drawings and Estimate
You get drawings of the vanity as it will be built, plus a written estimate covering fabrication, delivery, and installation.
4. Fabrication in Our Shop
Once you approve the estimate, the cases, doors, and drawers are cut, assembled, and finished here — not ordered in and re-labeled.
5. Delivery and Installation
Our installers set, level, and scribe the vanity in place. Approval to installed cabinetry usually runs two to three weeks.
What a Stock Vanity Leaves Out
There is always a cheaper box on a pallet. What it usually leaves out is the plywood, the hardwood, the storage that actually clears the plumbing, and anyone to call when a drawer starts to sag. Here is what comes with a vanity built in our shop.

What Homeowners Ask Us Most
Yes. Double vanities are one of the most common things we build. We lay the drawer banks out around the real plumbing centers so the storage under both basins is usable, and we can run the countertop, backsplash, and mirror walls into the same drawing.
No. Odd sizes are completely fine because we do all of the fabrication ourselves — we are not fitting your room to a stock cabinet width. A 41 inch wall, a sloped ceiling over a makeup counter or a vanity that has to stop short of a door casing is just a different cut list for us.
From approval of the estimate through fabrication, delivery, and installation is usually two to three weeks. Before that, we need the jobsite meeting and measurements, then the drawings and the written estimate.
The estimate is free. Measurements are handled case by case: if you provide accurate measurements and complete information about the bathroom, we can quote from that at no charge. If you need us to come out and measure and inspect the space, that visit is charged. We will tell you which applies when you call.
High-quality plywood for the cases and solid hardwood where it counts. It is worth asking any cabinet maker exactly what material and what hardwood they are quoting — a lot of vanities are built from cheap material that does not last in a wet room. Paying for quality is the difference between a cabinet that lasts and one that swells.
