One Shop for the Drawings, the Cabinetry, and the Install
An outdoor kitchen lives or dies on the cabinetry underneath it. We measure the space on site, draw the layout around the appliances you have chosen, and build every door, drawer, and panel to those drawings — then deliver and install the finished run ourselves. The same crew that cut the parts sets them, so the reveals and the counter line come out the way they were drawn.
Because we fabricate in house, odd sizes cost you nothing extra in patience. A short return wall, a stepped patio, a grill that needs a wider cut-out than the catalog allows — all of it gets built to the measurement instead of trimmed to fit. Many clients pair an outdoor build with their indoor kitchen cabinetry so the two share a hardware and finish story, and you can see finished work from across the region in our project photos.

Fully Custom Sizing, Materials You Can Ask About
Two things decide whether an outdoor kitchen still looks right in a few seasons: whether the cabinetry was built for the space it sits in, and what it was built out of. Both of those are decided in our shop, not in a catalog.
Odd Sizes Are Normal Here
We are a fully custom shop, which means the measurement decides the cabinet — not the other way around. Grill cut-outs, drawer widths, counter overhangs, filler panels at an out-of-square wall: all of it is drawn and cut for your patio, so you are not paying for a stock box plus a strip of trim to hide the gap.
That matters more outdoors than in, because patios are rarely square and appliances rarely match the sizes the boxes are made for. If you already have a grill, a cooler, or a burner picked out, bring the spec sheet to the jobsite meeting and we will build the openings around it.
Fabrication, Delivery, and Installation Under One Roof
We use high-quality materials, including high-quality plywood, and we are glad to tell you exactly which hardwood and which panel is going into your build before you approve anything. Ask us — it is the question we would tell anyone to ask a cabinet shop, because cheap material is the reason outdoor cabinetry fails early.
Every project carries a minimum one-year workmanship warranty, with manufacturer coverage of three to four years on the components we install. You are also welcome to visit the shop in Chattanooga and see the construction for yourself before you commit.
Typical projects run two to three weeks from estimate approval through fabrication, delivery, and installation.

2. Jobsite Meeting
We come out to the property, look at the space, and gather the detail the drawings need — layout, access, appliance sizes, and finish direction.
3. Measurements
Our measurer takes the space down precisely. Estimates are free; measuring and inspection are quoted case by case, and if you supply accurate measurements we can work from those.
4. Drawings and Estimate
You get drawings of the proposed layout and a written estimate to review, so you can see the openings and storage before anything is cut.
5. Fabrication in Our Shop
Once the estimate is approved, your cabinetry is built in our Chattanooga shop. Fabrication, delivery, and installation together run about two to three weeks.
6. Delivery and Installation
We deliver and install the finished run, set the doors and drawers, and walk the job with you before we call it done.

What Homeowners Ask Us Most
From the point you approve the estimate, plan on about two to three weeks to cover fabrication, delivery, and installation. The jobsite meeting, measurements, and drawings happen before that clock starts, so the sooner we get out to the property the sooner your build slots into the shop schedule.
The estimate itself is free. Measurements and inspection are handled case by case — if you can provide accurate measurements and the detail we need, we can quote from those. If our team takes the measurements on site, that part is charged. We will tell you which applies on the first call.
Yes. Bring the model numbers or spec sheets to the jobsite meeting and we will draw the cut-outs, clearances, and drawer banks around them. Because we fabricate everything ourselves, an unusual appliance width is a drawing change rather than a problem.
