A lot of companies use cheap material and it does not last long. Ask any cabinet maker this question first, and ask which hardwood they are using while you are at it.

From the moment you approve the estimate, plan on two to three weeks through fabrication, delivery, and installation. Before that, the process starts with a jobsite meeting to gather information and measurements, then drawings and an estimate for your approval. Larger commercial packages are scheduled around the general contractor’s program.

Yes. Our workmanship is covered for a minimum of one year, and the hardware and materials we install carry their manufacturers’ warranties, typically three to four years. Ask any shop you are considering to put their warranty in writing before you sign.

Stock vanities are built to one fixed height whether or not it suits the people using the room. Because we fabricate every case ourselves, the counter height, drawer depths, toe kick, and knee space are set to suit you and the room — taller for a primary bath, lower for a children’s bathroom, or a seated makeup station between two full-height towers. No. Odd sizes are completely fine because we do all the fabrication in house rather than ordering boxes from overseas and filling the gaps with trim. Sloped ceilings, out-of-square corners, a chase in the middle of a run — the cabinetry is drawn and built to the dimensions we measure on site.

The estimate is free. Measurements and inspection are a separate matter and handled case by case — if you supply accurate measurements and project information we can work from those, and otherwise we charge for taking precise measurements ourselves, because the whole build depends on them being right. Yes — hotels, offices, hospitals, and apartments, all cabinet related, including installation. Reception desks, market pantries, bar millwork, slat partitions, business centers, and guest bath vanities are all work we build and fit. They can. We fabricate and sell to contractors as well as building direct for homeowners, and we can handle fabrication, delivery, and installation or just the fabrication and delivery, depending on how your crew is set up. Details are on the fabrication for contractors page.

Ask whether they are insured. Ask what material the cases are built from and which hardwood is used on the fronts. Ask about the warranty. Then ask to visit the shop and look at the quality of the work with your own eyes — you are welcome at ours. Pay for quality; it lasts a great deal longer.
