Privacy Policy
This page explains what Baltic Cabinets does with the details you give us when you ask about custom cabinets, request an estimate, or send us measurements for a project.
What This Policy Covers
This policy describes how Baltic Cabinets (referred to here as "we", "us" and "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit this website or get in touch about cabinetry work.
It applies to information you share through our website forms, by phone, by text, by email, and in person when our team meets you at a jobsite or at our shop.
What Information We Collect
We collect the information you give us directly — your name, phone number, email address, the address where the work would happen, and a description of the project you have in mind. If you send us drawings, measurements, appliance specs, or photos of your space, we keep those with your file so the shop can quote and build from them.
We also collect basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and which pages you looked at. That is used for site analytics and security, not to identify you personally.
We do not collect card or bank details through this website. Payment for approved work is handled separately, by invoice.
How We Use Your Information
Everything we hold is used to quote, build, and install your cabinetry, and to stay in touch about it. Specifically, we use it to:
Quote and schedule your project.
Your phone number and email let us reach you to arrange a jobsite meeting. Your address tells our team where to measure and where to deliver. Your project notes tell the shop what materials, hardwood, and hardware to price.
Build and install the job.
Measurements, drawings, and approved estimates stay on file through fabrication, delivery, and installation, so every step of the job is working from the same numbers and the same approved design.
Support your warranty.
We keep a record of what we built for you and when. That record is what we check against if you come back to us under the workmanship warranty or a manufacturer warranty on hardware or components.
Send follow-up communication.
A note after installation to confirm you are happy with the work, an occasional invitation to leave a review, and answers to anything you ask us afterwards. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Improve the website.
Aggregate analytics — which pages people read, which services they look at, where they arrived from — help us work out what is useful on the site and what is not.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Within our company, your details are seen only by the people who need them to price, fabricate, deliver, or install your cabinets.
On a commercial project, we may need to share job-related details such as site address, access times, and dimensions with the general contractor, designer, or property manager coordinating the build. That is limited to what the job requires.
Our website host, email provider, and analytics provider process some data on our behalf as ordinary service providers. They are bound by their own privacy terms and do not use your information for their own marketing.
How Long We Keep It
We keep project records — drawings, measurements, materials, the installation date, and the invoice — for as long as we may need them to honor a workmanship or manufacturer warranty and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Contact details for people who inquired but never went ahead are kept only while the inquiry is still live, and are removed on request at any time.
Your Rights
The information is yours. You can ask us to:
Tell you what we hold about you.
Email or call us and we will tell you what is in your file — contact details, project notes, drawings, and job history.
Correct anything that is wrong.
A misspelled name, an old phone number, the wrong delivery address. Let us know and we will fix it on the file straight away.
Delete it.
Unless we need to keep something to support an active warranty or to meet a tax or accounting requirement, we will remove it when you ask.
Stop the follow-up messages.
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can simply call or text us and tell us to take you off the list.
Cookies and Analytics
This site uses standard browser cookies so pages and forms work properly, and aggregate analytics so we can see which pages get read. We do not run behavioral advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social tracking widgets.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as the estimate form, may not work correctly if you do.
Links to Other Sites
Some pages link out to third-party sites, such as a review platform or a manufacturer's product page. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, under their privacy policy, and we have no control over what they collect or how they use it.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will post the updated version on this page. We recommend checking back before you send us anything you would not want handled under the terms described above.
