Chattanooga, TN — Custom Cabinet Shop

Cabinets Built in Chattanooga, Not Ordered Overseas

Our shop is on Calhoon Ave, and everything we sell is fabricated there — kitchens, bathroom vanities, closet systems, garage storage, outdoor kitchens, and commercial millwork. Sixteen years in the trade behind every door and drawer front, and because we cut our own parts, an odd wall, a low ceiling, or a room that isn't square is a normal Tuesday rather than a problem.

About Our Work in Chattanooga

A Working Cabinet Shop, Right Here in Town

Chattanooga is home. Our shop and offices sit at 3806 Calhoon Ave, which means the same team that measures your kitchen is the team standing at the saw a week later. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is a stock size we talk you into accepting.

Most of what we build in town falls into a handful of rooms: kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities and makeup stations, walk-in closets and garage storage, and covered outdoor kitchens. We also handle hotel, office, and apartment work and fabricate for other contractors who need parts made right and made on time.

Our team handles every job from measurement through installation, with a dedicated specialist at each step. Typical timeline is two to three weeks from estimate approval to fabrication, delivery, and install.

What Chattanooga Homeowners Get

Three Things That Matter When You Hire a Cabinet Shop

Cabinets all look the same on a showroom floor. What separates them is the material behind the door, who cut it, and whether anyone stands behind it afterwards. Here is where we stand on all three.

01 — Minutes from the Shop

Local Shop, Local Measurements, Local Install

We build at 3806 Calhoon Ave in Chattanooga, and you are welcome to come see the shop before you commit to anything. That is genuinely the best advice we give homeowners: go look at the plywood, open a drawer, check how the joints are cut. Quality is obvious in person and invisible in a catalog.

Because fabrication happens in town, the loop is short. A jobsite meeting to take measurements and gather details, drawings and an estimate back to you, then two to three weeks from your approval through fabrication, delivery, and installation. If something needs adjusting on site, the shop is a short drive away rather than an ocean away.

We work outward from here across the wider region, including Jasper, Knoxville, Nashville, and Atlanta.

02 — Materials and Hardwood

High-Quality Plywood and Real Hardwood

Plenty of cabinets sold in this area are built from cheap sheet goods that swell, sag, and come apart within a few years. We use high-quality plywood for our boxes and real hardwood where it matters, because the difference shows up in year eight, not week one.

Ask any shop you are considering what material the case is made from, which hardwood the doors are, and what the warranty covers. Ours is a minimum one year on workmanship, with three to four years of manufacturer coverage on the components we fit. Paying for quality is cheaper across the life of the kitchen — there is more on that in our answers to the questions homeowners ask us most.

We are a fully custom shop, so odd sizes are no trouble at all. Nothing is ordered in from overseas and nothing has to be forced to fit a stock module.

Chattanooga Estimates

Bring Us a Room and We'll Bring You Drawings

Estimates are free. Measurements and site inspections are case by case — if you can give us accurate dimensions and details we can often quote from those; if we need to come out and measure the space properly, that part is charged. We tell you which applies before anyone drives anywhere.

03 — Chattanooga Projects

Kitchens, Vanities, Closets, and Commercial Millwork

The work below came out of our shop: two-tone kitchens with fluted walnut islands, floating white oak double vanities, LED-lit walk-in closets with drawer islands, and full commercial packages for hotel lobbies, markets, and bars.

That range is deliberate. The same machines and the same crew that cut a residential vanity also cut reception desks and market counters, which is why a hotel fit-out and a primary bathroom get the same reveals and the same finish quality. More of it sits in our project galleries.
